The findings obtained from data collection are summarized in two report formats which are descriptive observations, including species of interest, and identified or suspected conservation issues. These reports can be submitted to other stakeholders such as conservation oriented non-governmental organizations, government conservation departments and the local community. This information is helpful in decision making about the conservation of species as it can indicate areas that should be preserved, where there is need for more trees to be grown, or how to manage human activities that affect wildlife.
